No Comment by fliggsy is an increadibly underrated album and probably my favorite instumental album.
It has such a unique sound that somehow perfectly resonates with my feelings.
fliggsy is already a niche german rapper but I feel like even his hardcore fans don't care about this album just because it doesn't have lyrics.
I looove this album tho.
I listened to it for the first time while taking a midnight walk along a river wich was so nice.
fliggsy is one of my favorite rappers and I'm a huge fan of his beats because you can really hear that it's all selfe made.
It always has that fliggsy sound to it.
So, having a whole album thats just instrumentals from him is awesoe for me.
My favorite track is Frutiger 1, the opening track.
There is something so emotional about it to me.
I also love Fliggsy Radio, Frutiger 3 and Einfach aus dem Bauch herraus.
Thousand Yard Stare
Thousand Yard Stare is the 3rd song on Sierra Kidd's newest album "Stille Wasser" ['still waters' in english].
Sierra Kidd is one of my favorite german rappers and in my opinion "the best" german rapper.
I sometimes compare him to Kendrick Lamar because he's very similar in how reflected he is and how strongly he can convey emotion with such simple sentences.
I genuinely think that no other german rapper compares to him.
But that's probably haed to really understand if you don't speek german and aren't familiar with german rap.
Thousand Yard Stare's intro has some hard hitting lines about his loved ones that passed and his difficult past.
He ends the hook saying that he has a thousand yard stare from the things he witnessed growing up and that he doesn't fear anyone anymore.
Then the beat drops and he raps about how strong all the things he went through made him.
